How It Started
Hailing all the way from St. Thomas, Jamaica, Mr. Marriot took over Yeah Man from the original owner. Ms. Cody Ann after they were about to close the doors. He loved the food, the concept, the city of Mableton and the overall name Yeah Man.
He his and his mother put their own twist on the signature dishes Jerk Chicken, Ackee and Saltfish, Escovitch Fish and Oxtails. He used family fresh ingredients and provided authentic home-style Jamaican cuisine.
Additionally, he created a signature, secret jerk sauce with fresh herbs and spices.
